What is owner Patrice de Colmont’s favourite adage? “The customer isn’t king here... because he’s a friend.” A mantra more like a slogan, an invitation to the site’s conviviality and carefree happiness because authenticity and simplicity are this beach’s watchwords. A firm Pampelonne favourite for more than 50 years, a trailblazer in environmental protection, a champion of Mediterranean cuisine and an ambassador of Ramatuelle’s bohemian chic style. Domaine des Bouis, a nearby organic farm, supplies the restaurant with wine, olive oil, vegetables, and fruit. Market garden production complemented by that of the Château de La Môle farm. The menu includes grilled wild fish, seafood platters, and salads... with local wines and cocktails served beside the sea.
