The Tourrel Hotel

Walls that preserve the imprint of the past and welcome contemporary design, this is the clever marriage that signs the style of the Hôtel de Tourrel, a 9th-century private mansion, in the heart of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Ralph Hüsgen and Margot Stängle took over the place about ten years ago. The two Germans are neither hoteliers nor sommeliers and have met the remarkable challenge of creating a superb hotel, intimate with its XNUMX suites, breathtaking with its rooftops. One has a swimming pool, the other a remarkable view… A breath of excellence has penetrated these stones steeped in history that continues all the way to the restaurant. The wine cellar completes the enchantment, you come here without really knowing when to leave!

The Lamanon House

They are globetrotters, have discovered the wonders of the world... Those of Provence have caught up with them! An 18th-century mansion^e century abandoned, nestled at the foot of the Château de l'Empéri in Salon-de-Provence, the project is a little crazy but suits them so well! Thus ten apartments are born with their own identity while preserving the authenticity of the building. Between hotel and guest house, the desire was above all to create a vacation home in their image, a multi-faceted living space in the spirit of a family home. A successful bet with its little extras: for a moment of relaxation, head to the spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi, in vaulted cellars from the 14th century^e century, and for a gourmet moment, the restaurant Le moulin des sens, run by Eric Larroche and Marc Fornieles.

The Hamlet of Les Baux

Le Hameau des Baux is launching a new hotel concept created by the duo Guillaume Multrier and Aurélie Blanquart, two hotel enthusiasts who wanted a different kind of hotel luxury, presented as guest houses, authentic and arty living spaces. The hotels Les Petites Maisons, as they are named, will be designed around three fundamental dimensions: art and beauty; the pleasures of the table; well-being and the luxury of taking care of oneself. In the aptly named hamlet, spread across a dovecote, the mazets, the chapel, the suites and rooms invite you to let go. The menu of agapes is designed by Julie Chaix, a local. The small square and its fountain, the pétanque court, the terraces and the swimming pool conclude the desire to stay there…

La Mirande

Hannelore and Achim Stein, enthusiasts of old houses and collectors, set out in 1987 to revive an XNUMXth-century residence.^e century, a jewel of the papal city left dormant. Now a hotel, La Mirande becomes an allegory of the charm of yesteryear, a timeless cocoon with undeniable charm. Their son Martin and his wife Julia continue the story and give the place all the nobility that adorns it today. If today Martin has left us, his family perpetuates the beautiful story. The 5-star hotel offers 26 refined rooms and suites, each dressed in its own period printed canvas. Its gourmet restaurant, led by Michelin-starred chef Florent Pietravalle, takes its reputation far beyond our borders.
