Panoï Bao
Unusual burgers.

The concept is a new take on the Bao burger – a steamed brioche bun. Loved all over Asia, it comes in a choice of recipes, traditional Asian, French or a mix of the two: Beef and lemongrass, 5-flavoured pork, tuna tartare, vegetarian curry, and pan-bagnat bao. All are organic, homemade, and seasonal, and the menu includes several Laotian starters and dishes. Bubble Teas are another speciality, infused on the premises, iced or hot with delicious fruit or tapioca pearls.
