Des jeudis gourmands et champêtres

One of the region’s most elegant, gourmet events happen throughout the summer in one of Provence’s enchanting fragrant gardens: the Mas de Pierre Garden Party, held every other Thursday evening, delicious moments masterminded by chef Emmanuel Lehrer and his brigade. Local seasonal and garden produce cooked and prepared before guests: whole Mediterranean fish grills and planchas, juicy lamb chops and Angus beef, each served to taste. Dessert buffets, petits fours, and ice cream bring a sweet cadence to the evening. The sounds of a jazzy orchestra or soft-voiced singer accompany this suspended moment.
