Les Bains du Castel boasts one of the finest sea views in Nice and is the new restaurant you cannot afford to miss. The second Castel Plage restaurant, perched high above the sea and carved into the Roche de Rauba-Capeù, is deeply devoted to the riches of the Mediterranean. Chef Antonio di Michele, with his distinguished background, works seafood with precision, seasoning it with twists to reflect the season’s flavours. Seafood and crudos come superbly fresh, topped with shiso leaves and homemade ponzu sauce. As a starter: Raw red tuna noodles, avocado balls, and spicy oil. And for the main course: rock octopus with sweetcorn espuma and dulse seaweed crisps. An unspoilt setting, lulled by the waves.
