Israeli Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit’s new culinary offering Baba is an outdoor experience right by the water. Savour waves of flavour in dishes seasoned with spices and chillies, as you would in Jerusalem: Frenavon bread, burnt tomato, zhug and tahini, Shoshimi, raw tuna, tomatoes, salmon roe and ginger, Carpaccio Margol, prawns, and almonds... Baba’s atmosphere is upbeat, with an evolving soundtrack of Yiddish Dolce Vita.
