Alain Llorca has left his mark on the history of Côte d’Azur gastronomy. The Michelin-starred chef chose to run his establishment after working at some of the region’s finest restaurants. He has been expressing his talents in this elegant Provencal residence since 2009. He offers delicate cuisine, using exceptional local products to convey emotions and comfort. A creative ode to the Mediterranean that you can savour on the (refurbished) terrace, with a view of the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Citrus-marinated Gamberoni and Japanese rice with seaweed, red mullet and Niçoise-style stuffed soupions with barigoule jus, roasted pigeon wing and lobster boudin... everything is there for you to live the long-awaited suspended moment.
