Antonio Salvatore is a determined chef with a brilliant track record who has become a key player on the Monegasque gastronomic scene. As associate head of the Monte-Carlo Hospitality Group, he crossed the Atlantic to open two markedly different establishments in New York: Casa Limone et Atlantic Grill. Next January, New Yorkers will be able to discover Made in Monaco delights and glamour with the opening of Rampoldi New York.
