The intimate and stylish hotel in the ultra-arty village of Saint-Paul de Vence has been reborn with a new dynamic, offering gastronomic events and activities all year round. On the first Monday of every month, the establishment holds “Winemaker Dinners: Exceptional Pairings”. A menu prepared by chef Gabriela Stockler in collaboration with the guest winemaker. The gastronomic and winemaker experience happens at the table d’hôtes in the newly redesigned wine cellar. What’s more, “Wine Tasting Evenings: Exclusive Encounters” are accompanied by deliciously creative finger foods every last Monday of the month.
