Originally from Brittany, he spent time working in some fine establishments before leaving for Southeast Asia, where he introduced the Taiwanese to crepes. Back in France, this young 27-year-old prodigy joins Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois’s team and promises us creative and innovative pastries.
