Domaine du Mas de Pierre

A new story begins...

Following a year and a half of renovations, the 5-star Relais & Châteaux establishment in Saint-Paul-de-Vence will be writing a new chapter from the end of April 2021

15 years after it first opened, the hotel has been transformed into a luxurious resort named Domaine du Mas de Pierre now extending over eight hectares. Two new bastides have been added to the existing ones, bringing the total number of rooms to 76. Two restaurants, a 2,000 m² spa and several gardens have been set around a lagoon. A veritable hidden oasis bordered by a sandy beach, waterfalls, and palm trees. The gourmet restaurant La Table de Pierre is new too. The old dining room has evolved into a vast colourful modern space with a table d'hôte and open kitchen presided over each evening from Tuesday to Saturday by Chef Emmanuel Lehrer. Summer garden parties and culinary workshops on local specialities are just two of the different types of event that will be held throughout the year. Located by the main pool, the Lis Orto bistro will be offering a daily lunch and dinner menu inspired by traditional Niçois bistros.

Make way for well-being

The new spa, extending over two levels in a mineral, pearly, and vegetal setting, is also open to non-residents. An indoor swimming pool, relaxation lounges, outdoor jacuzzi and solarium have been added to the 12 treatment cabins (including one reserved for couples) plus a sauna, hammam and “snow cave” for a toning hot/cold experience. 180 m² dedicated to sport with a fitness area where a coach will be present each day for personalised programmes plus Pilates, yoga and muscle awakening classes.
In addition to the Sothys and Tata Harper brands used for treatments, the establishment has created its own range with Maison Godet in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Developed around the floral scent of tuberose, Volupté will be an exclusive line comprising massage oil, bath oil, scrub and eau de parfum, which has now become the brand new Domaine du Mas de Pierre’s olfactory signature.
