Open-air sports

The shopping centre is known for its open-air shopping, but you can now play sports there too. Polygone Riviera is installing a multi-activity complex on the Promenade des Palmiers side
of the roof. In partnership with the ULTRA sports concept, the place becomes a sports centre with two padel courts (mini-tennis for four players) and a Five-a-Side football pitch, available for hire from 9.30 am to 9.30 pm.
The other attraction for thrill-seekers is the Xtrem Spider Zone: an aerial course with suspended nets, a ball pool, and fun obstacles – the same as in Singapore, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. A snack area (hot dogs, waffles, and ice cream) on the panoramic terrace awaits after your exertions.

Yoga N Brunch sur LA PLAGE Baia Bella

Yoga, but not exclusively...

The Beaulieu-sur-Mer private beach, located at the end of the port, organises sports and gourmet mornings on Sundays. On the agenda is a yoga class followed by breakfast with your feet in the sand. The session starts at 9.30 am with a vinyasa flow taught on the mat by Marion and ends with a snack (before or after swimming) consisting of a hot drink, a slice of orange cake, and freshly squeezed fruit juice. The idea behind Yoga n Brunch is to give a yoga class in a fashionable location on the French Riviera: Yoga n Beer at the Blue Coast Brewing Company brasserie in Nice, Yoga n Apéro, Yoga n Wine in the vineyards, Yoga n Picnic in the hinterland.
