Après le hammam, on profite des soins signés Valmont à la carte de l'Odéon Spa.
Côte d’Azur capital, in the basement of the 5* hotel facing the Albert 1er Garden. Its wooden decor and light tones instantly make the space soothing and conducive to relaxation. The panoramic view of the Baie des Anges, an unexpected detail, is filmed live from the top floor and projected on the rest area walls arranged in an arc around the sauna and hammam. The Spa features its signature massage with mimosa and ginger-scented oil, created exclusively by the Grasse brand CHO Nature. It also collaborates with Studio Révérence by Bastien Gonzalez for expert hand and foot treatments.
Villa Rocamare, located opposite the Belle Plage Hotel in Cannes, becomes Spa Villa Belle Plage – a 1,000 m2 beauty institute with a lush garden, restaurant and juice bar with a healthy menu created by Martine Fallon. The ground floor is set aside for water activities with a sauna, hammam, and watsu bath. You sink into it like a cocoon before treatment in one of the eight cabins. The entire institute is dedicated to holistic well-being, offering yoga and meditation sessions in the shade of tropical plants acclimatised to the Riviera.
New names
Valmont, the Swiss expert in premium cosmetics, now brings its expertise to the prestigious Odéon Spa on the first floor of the principality’s Odéon Tower. Enjoy the brand’s latest creation, Fermeté des Collines, an anti-ageing and firming facial, after a swim in the pool and rest in the sauna and hammam. A sculpting and remodelling massage for a radiant complexion, with a protocol unique to Valmont, boosts skin elasticity before the Regenerating Mask Treatment’s collagen veil perfects the result.
In addition, the Spa du Domaine du Mas de Pierre in Saint-Paul-de-Vence has chosen Paoma eco-ethical treatments, formulated with innovative organic ingredients from gemmotherapy (patented and exclusive therapy with three buds), whose rituals are both natural and sustainable. The menu also diversifies with Cellcosmet for a scientific approach to cosmetics. The Spa, set apart from the hotel in the estate’s Mediterranean garden, houses a vast swimming pool and aquatic course conducive to relaxation.

Dès l'espace réception de l'Anantara Spa Nice, on savoure l'atmosphère intimiste des lieux.

Dédiée au bien-être, la Villa Belle Plage abrite un spa de 800 m2.
Unique experiences
Discover dynamic Californian yoga classes for a sculpted body and boosted mind with the Rebel Karma Yoga method by Val Kahl at the Spa Métropole by Givenchy in Monaco. A blend of traditional “power and sculpt” yoga that combines cardio, muscle strengthening, stretching, and meditation. The beauty institute and make-up artist Joe Ghannam, creator of Monte Carlo MakeUp, also hold sessions to discover the secrets of a perfect complexion or a successful smoky eye (next session on 13 April).
Finally, Terre Blanche Spa is inaugurating its signature Farandole treatment, inspired by the traditional Provencal dance. Tonic and rapid movements, like choreography, stimulate the body and radiate energy.
