The Vadrouilleur, the Provençal spirit at the Port of Nice

In the heart of Nice's Old Port, on Rue Bavastro, Le Vadrouilleur is opening its second distillery after the one in Sault. Théo Arnulf is continuing the Nice family legacy in an urban setting, far from the lavender fields but true to his roots.
This establishment honors the paternal history of the family, originally from Nice and the hinterland, distinguished in the food industry with restaurants, delicatessen and creation of syrups. Mistello gin and Anista pastis find a new theater of expression here, preserving their Provençal soul with organic plants from Sault: lavender, sage, thyme, verbena and absinthe macerated according to the artisanal method of the hybrid copper still.
The Nice space showcases the brand's entire universe with tastings, direct sales, and personalized creation workshops. Visitors and enthusiasts can learn the secrets of distillation, create their own recipes, and leave with their custom-labeled bottle. An immersive experience that combines family tradition and innovation, from the signature French Pearl combo cocktail to oenological discoveries with the new Veirado vermouth.
