A new setting
The gastronomic restaurant continues its impressive rise under the guidance of MOF chef Tom Meyer and was revealed this year with its reopening in a sublime setting designed by Caroline Tissier. After more than six months of renovations, and over twenty-five years after its last transformation, the dining room has been reborn in a perfect dialogue between organic curves, mineral hues, and an exceptional panorama. The reliefs by Solène Eloy, the sculpted walls by Régis Goldberg, the chandelier by Art et Floritude, and the service creations by L'Artelier combine to create a decor of rare elegance. A setting worthy of a cuisine that is fully liberated, incisive, floral, and masterfully executed. The eight-course menu is impressive; everything is now in place to achieve the holy grail of three Michelin stars.
