Here, Riccardo Buricchi and Paul Occhipinti, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), have opened what Nice was missing: a Franco-Italian café and pastry shop that takes natural sourdough seriously.
We can't recommend indulging in their signature pain au chocolat with citrus notes, pure Java vanilla, and homemade Venezuelan chocolate bar. It alone is worth the detour. The coffee, meanwhile, comes from a Florentine roastery.
Open Tuesday to Sunday from 7:30 a.m., perfect for picking up breakfast or ordering a matcha before heading to work.
