This summer, head to L'Estaque, where Casa YOUM opens its table d'hôtes for an extraordinary Mediterranean experience. Nestled between the sea and the scrubland, this Provençal country house reinvents the art of hosting with Table YOUM, an intimate format that combines sun-drenched cuisine, panoramic views of the Mediterranean, and a home-like atmosphere. For her very first culinary residency, Casa YOUM welcomes chef Khouloude Ben Thayer, revelation of the Time Out Paris Food & Drink Awards 2025, for two months of four-course dinners, served in the terraced garden. Self-taught, bold, and rooted in her Tunisian roots, the chef creates a cuisine of emotions and contrasts: zucchini variations, duck gyoza with orange or vegetable broth, poached monkfish and creamy bisque, pasta al burro with herbs... All punctuated by an apricot tart with a twist of pimenton and verbena. A rare address, a sensory experience, a taste of the Mediterranean in its purest form.
