For the past 10 years, head bartender Steve Lepage and his team have been developing a highly artisanal mixology , even going so far as to make the syrups, liqueurs, and spirits that compose their creations in-house. A veritable laboratory complements the bar, allowing them to work with ingredients using vacuum distillation.
The 2026 menu takes on unexpected flavors: the Greek on the Top translates the spirit of a Greek salad into a vodka and feta cocktail, while the Twister puts a twist on the Dirty Martini with pickles, burnt onion oil, and cucumber pickles. Non-alcoholic options aren't forgotten either, with the Eden Garden , featuring sage, mint, sorrel, and lemongrass. Even breaks in the day are treated to a bar-style drink, with iced matcha with red berries, chai latte, or soy ube made to order.
