Original, chic, and festive, Nykat Plage stands out in Antibes' culinary scene. In the heart of the historic center, this new restaurant captivates from the moment you step inside: with your feet in the sand, you're soothed by the jazzy notes of pianist Niko, while a screen projects images of the sea or a starry sky onto the ceiling. In their open kitchen, chef Thomas Vado and his team create Mediterranean cuisine designed for sharing, using produce from the Provençal market and fresh fish from the fishermen at the fish market. From the flavorful, expertly prepared dishes to the desserts created by multi-award-winning pastry chef Manon Gouin, the experience is truly memorable. After 23 p.m., the piano gives way to turntables for a festive atmosphere on the sandy dance floor. RG
