New place, same spirit. The Pollen restaurant has moved a few yards from its old address, so the team now have more space for fully expressing their creativity. The focus is on comfort, with all Pollen’s former identity markers: greenery, wood, candles on the tables and an open kitchen.
Chef Mathieu Desmaret has created the place he dreamed of and can give free rein to his instinctual, ever-changing and ingredient-focused cooking style. It’s definitely best to book to enjoy the chef’s “carte blanche” menus.
