He was born in a car, somewhere between Coustellet and Cavaillon. Later, as an estate agent with business monikers Luberon Investissement and Aix Invest, he opened a first agency, then another, and a third, and more, but sold them a few years ago. A fair-minded man, fitting in everywhere and in all circumstances, he scours the Luberon in a whirlwind of humour. He can't hide his lively intelligence; it shows in his very slight stutter and the mischievous look behind the big round glasses. Sometimes he disappears to roam elsewhere from autumn to the end of spring, returning to sponsor some artist or other. Because Vincent loves the arts. But Vincent would not be Vincent without Jacques, his neighbour, friend, accomplice and alter ego. The duo say they "get everything wrong" but they cultivate happiness, know the Luberon inside out and love it deeply.
