The restaurant makes a point of using fresh, high-quality, and seasonal produce—the lobsters are even presented live. Recently renovated under the leadership of its owner Flavio Briatore, it features a sea-facing terrace that extends into large, comfortable deckchairs on the sand. The outdoor area is livened up every weekend by a DJ set mixing contemporary Italian pop and tech house, ideal for admiring the sunset. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 17 p.m. and from 19:30 p.m. to 23 p.m., and the beach from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. The address is also available for private hire.
