Located in the star-studded port district, this is the long-awaited new address in Nice's gastronomic sphere. Selim M'nasri, a young chef with a well-traveled career, has worked alongside today's greatest chefs, such as his mentor Marcel Ravin. The decor, designed like a cozy setting, is sleek and organic, and the open kitchen offers a spectacle. Selim loves to share, tell his story, and invites his guests to come and experience his cuisine live, at the heart of the action. Here, spices are central, intelligently crafted without over-flavoring, and subtly complement the main element: the product. The blind menu changes according to the arrivals and the chef's desires: Broccoli cloud, mullet belly with Sansho berries, scallop sashimi, blackberry condiment, Timut pepper, fresh peas, smoked brousse with black lemon, flame-grilled red mullet and matelote mirror, roasted veal chop with cocoa.
