Discovering the Sédille Pavilion

Château Beaupin, a 19th-century residence, listed as a historic monument, just steps from the beaches of Pointe Rouge, welcomes a new culinary gem: Pavillon Sédille, a restaurant with instinctive, generous, and sunny cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and the flavors of Algeria. At its helm, self-taught chef Sidi Salhi offers a free-spirited cuisine, driven by his Algerian roots, his encounters, and his love of local products. Trained in a unique way, alongside his family and illustrious establishments through his brother-in-law (former chef at Fréchon and Rostang) and his sommelier sister, he champions a sincere and comforting cuisine.
The Pavillon Sédille is structured around four main themes: French tradition, the Mediterranean, fish, and the chef's North African influences. Here, seasonal produce is expressed authentically, in revisited family dishes or served as if they were home—from bouillabaisse to tagine—in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
The restaurant also hides a refined speakeasy bar, where a precise and creative cocktail menu prolongs the promise of a suspended moment.
