Visitors are invited to explore a vast color wheel, featuring masterpieces from the Centre Pompidou, for the Grimaldi Forum's major summer exhibition. A display that showcases the vitality of contemporary color creation. While they interact at their margins in the works of Sonia & Robert Delaunay, they convey the magic of light or the psychological intensity of characters in the paintings of František Kupka. Here, the hues are also those of the canvas below, left in reserve as in Francis Bacon's work, or carry a mystical energy, like the rare green of Yves Klein. A synesthetic journey.
