Their names have left their mark on art history, for after Klein and the New Realists, Ben and Fluxus, they founded Groupe 70, so named because it was created at the dawn of the 70s. This exhibition offers the opportunity to rediscover three emblematic artists of this group, who reduce painting to its physical elements, its materials, its forms. While Serge Maccaferri appropriates construction and painting techniques, Max Charvolen creates his works in direct contact with the ground and walls, and Martin Miguel reinterprets prehistoric figures using wire and colored textures. An exhibition in dialogue with the castle, a delightful discovery to be made during a visit to this village just outside Menton.
