For over 25 years, La Note Bleue has blended cuisine and world music in a minimalist setting with a relaxed atmosphere. At the helm since its opening, chef Laurent Paya has created a menu with Mediterranean, Italian, Thai, and Japanese influences. Sashimi and pad thai sit alongside linguine with clams, Roman-style risotto, and grilled fish to share. Music is part of the restaurant's DNA. It's run by a family of music lovers who are fans of funk, soul, jazz, and sounds from around the world. Every summer, they host their own Summer Festival, the sixth edition of which this year features Les Nubians, Oscar Jerome, Brooklyn Funk Essentials, and the legendary Brian Jackson.
