Two years. That's how long it took Tonic Pilates to establish itself as one of Marseille's essential wellness destinations. Born from the meeting of three founders with complementary expertise - Marine, a communication expert, Laure, a physiotherapist and former classical dancer, and Léa, a sports physiotherapist - the brand has built much more than a studio: a true living space, rooted in a philosophy of movement that reconciles performance, prevention, and pleasure.
Since opening their first studio in Vauban, and later the Borély studio overlooking the Mediterranean, the three women have developed a unique method where each class is built around a specific soundtrack, with movements synchronized to the rhythm, breathing in harmony with the music, and the body ultimately entering a state of flow. Pilates Mat, Reformer, Barre, Pump, Stretching, Dance: six categories of practice led by instructors trained in biomechanics, pedagogy, and musicality.
To celebrate this anniversary in style, Tonic is taking over the Château de Forbin this Sunday, June 21st, for a day designed from start to finish as an immersion in the Tonic universe.
Four key moments follow one another:
Morning Session starting at 9:30 am, with classes, a healthy breakfast by Pompe & Carlotta With and access to the swimming pool
Lunch + Talk Sport Santé starting at noon, combining a gourmet lunch, inspiring talks, and a post-lunch walk & talk
At the end of the day, it's time for the Tonic Experience, an immersive group class in lights.
Tonic Night from 21pm until 2am, with generous buffets orchestrated by Minuit, L'Écaillerie and Le Comptoir d'Endoume, and a DJ set by Collectif Minuit.
Each package can be customized, from a morning pass to an evening pass only, with carefully chosen partners such as American Vintage, L'Occitane en Provence, Nooance Paris, Emki Pop and many others.
