In the heart of Provence, Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort ***** unveils on July 25, 2025, a unique four-handed dinner bringing together two talents of French gastronomy at the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Faventia. Executive Chef Quentin André joins forces with Chef Thibaut Spiwack of the Michelin-starred restaurant Anona, for a culinary encounter under the sign of creativity and responsible gastronomy. This four-handed dinner promises a refined sensory experience, born from the encounter between two Michelin-starred Chefs who share the same vision of cuisine: sustainable, local, sincere and resolutely creative. Driven by a deep respect for the product, seasonality and short supply chains, Chef* Quentin André and Chef* Thibaut Spiwack have created a menu that reflects their commitments. This culinary encounter begins with refined appetizers, including a burnt onion ball with ylang-ylang, a flower tart with truffled brie cream, apricot confit with immortelle, and garden herb tempura. A series of boldly flavored dishes will follow, including a celery leaf with Breton vanilla, enhanced with a dill condiment and a verjuice vinaigrette.
At the head of the Anona restaurant in Paris, Thibaut Spiwack embodies a new generation of chefs for whom excellence rhymes with conscience. Awarded a Michelin star in 2023 for the quality of his gourmet cuisine and a green star in 2020 for his sustainable commitment, he places his ecological values at the heart of his work and creativity.
Executive Chef of Terre Blanche Hôtel Spa Golf Resort***** and its Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant Le Faventia, Quentin André is an authentic, passionate, and rigorous chef. Trained alongside great figures of French cuisine such as Pierre Gagnaire, he honed his expertise in prestigious establishments in Paris, Courchevel, and London, before joining Chef Christophe Schmitt at L'Almandin restaurant, where he contributed to the restaurant's Michelin star.
