This Friday, June 12th, the restaurant Au Bord de l'Eau For one evening, the 8th arrondissement becomes the headquarters of Marseille's creative scene. L'Été des Vilaines — the off-site event of Slow Fashion Week (an event dedicated to responsible fashion, bringing together designers, professionals and the public around fashion shows, workshops and meetings) — unites designers, artisans and the public facing the sea around a format as simple as it is effective: a sunset aperitif, an open-air fashion show, and time to exchange ideas with those who make things happen.
The program features four local brands with very distinct universes: BeuchatThe house, which was born in the calanques more than 90 years ago, presents its emblematic pieces; Ervee unveils an exclusive capsule collection of five bags designed from Beuchat materials, in a beautiful logic of circularity; Djeïa brings its upcycled creations tinged with Mediterranean influences; Kaniar Crochet her summer silhouettes are entirely handmade.
The pieces are worn, described, and available for direct sale on site.
All accompanied by the new 2025 vintage of rosé Les Vilaines, AOP Coteaux d'Aix, and accompanied by traditional Marseilles pizzas inspired by Sauveur's "moit-moit" and the fisherman with squid to be enjoyed facing the evening lights.
