Nobu Monte Carlo celebrates Japanese autumn

In homage to Momijigari, Japan's celebration of the beauty of autumn, Nobu Monte Carlo presents a new Omakase that blends Nobu's signature cuisine with seasonal flavors. This is an opportunity to discover a fresh take on Japanese cuisine with the Peruvian influences that have made the chef famous.
 
The experience begins with a refined assortment of sashimi, where fresh marine flavors meet fruity notes, followed by a delicate carpaccio enhanced with autumnal touches and umami aromas. A selection of sushi then showcases the precision of the technique and the quality of the ingredients. Monkfish and Wagyu beef then reveal the full richness of Nobu culinary art. To finish on a sweet note, the Goma Raspberry Religieuse combines the depth of black sesame with the tangy freshness of raspberry.
 
 
This menu is available at the Nobu Monte Carlo restaurant until January 4th. €170 per person, excluding drinks.
