A gourmet stopover, even without boarding
No plane ticket is required to enjoy the dining options at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Many bars and restaurants are accessible in the public area, on the city side. In addition to its shopping, the airport is a gourmet destination connected to the center of Nice by tram. Some establishments even offer discounts or free parking.
Upstairs in Terminal 2, the Estivale bar and restaurant welcomes both travelers and locals alike. This contemporary, sunny, and creative establishment invites you to a Mediterranean bistronomic experience featuring seasonal produce and breathtaking views of the runways. The spectacle of takeoffs also accompanies meals at Saleya. The cafeteria offers pizzas, pasta, grilled meats, fish, and salads in a convivial style that will please everyone. New this summer is Pizz'Aria, with 100% Italian pizzas in all sizes, with thin, thick, or airy crusts. At Bagnard, chef Yoni Saada creates dishes inspired by the shores of the Mediterranean and enhanced with hints of harissa. For dessert at Mochi Coffee, Stéphanie and Alexandre reinterpret Japanese flavors using locally sourced ingredients. Try their handcrafted creations; there are mochis flavored with Menton lemon, Golfe-Juan orange blossom, or Grasse rose! At Terminal 1, Lobsta transports us to the American coast with its generous, New York-style lobster rolls. Those with a serious sweet tooth will find the authentic Tarte Tropézienne, made according to the original recipe, as well as the irresistible pastel macarons from Ladurée. For a lighter break, Joe & The Juice prepares smoothies and freshly squeezed juices to order, while at Trib's you'll find fresh and delicious fast food, complemented by a selection of hot drinks and pastries.
Between local flavors, international influences, and renowned restaurants, the airport reveals a side that is often overlooked: that of a place where you can also come simply for the pleasure of food, whether for a gourmet break or a quick lunch before hitting the shops. Enough to transform a simple stopover at the airport into a destination in its own right.
