My Berries, the Aix temple of iced and coated raspberries

Fueled by a viral trend on social media, four entrepreneurs decided to revisit the famous "franui" — these iced raspberries covered in chocolate — in their own way by launching their own concept in Aix-en-Provence. This is how the project was born. My Berries, a gourmet and committed address, opened a few weeks ago. After observing the dazzling success of the industrial version (687 pots sold in six months), Marine, the administrative strategist, Hélène, the versatile communicator, Émilie, the creative salesperson, and Lisa-Marie, the group's influencer, imagined a local, responsible and equally tasty alternative to this addictive sweet treat that everyone is fighting over. Located a stone's throw from the Place de la Mairie, the Place des Cardeurs and the Rue Gaston de Saporta, My Berries offers a single-product, intimate and flowery boutique, entirely dedicated to these small frozen bites. Their challenge? To offer a high-end and artisanal version, by rigorously selecting the ingredients: quality chocolate from Valrhona, hand-picked raspberries and, soon, from organic farming, as well as natural flavors, made in Grasse, to perfume certain recipes (coconut, pistachio, lemon meringue, etc.). Special mention for the Berries "Dubai", the trend within the trend, whose pistachio paste is made in-house from Sicilian pistachios roasted on site. The production laboratory is located in Éguilles, where a showroom and a second point of sale will soon be opened. My Berries intends to promote this frosty, local and refined pleasure well beyond the borders of Aix.
