Time for the 25th edition of the Marseille Jazz of the Five Continents rang out with the full diversity of international jazz in Marseille's heritage sites. An important year for the festival, which is donning its most beautiful colors, as reflected in its poster created by the famous illustrator and director Javier Mariscal, who is honored to support the festival through his art. To take you around the world, the festival, always deeply rooted in its time and its territory, remains faithful to its itinerant character within the city and unfolds in iconic and heritage sites of Marseille: the Théâtre de la Sucrière, the roof terrace of La Friche, La Belle de Mai, the Centre de la Vieille Charité, the Citadelle de Marseille, the new venue occupied by the festival, the Conservatoire Pierre Barbizet, and the Théâtre Silvain, which will host five unique evenings.
Nearly 25 festival-goers attended the 000th edition's concerts, reflecting a wealth of generations, origins, and tastes. These memorable moments bring together audiences and artists in vibrant harmony, creating the festival's magic.
