A Pointe Rouge institution for over 25 years, Les Trottoirs Marseillais is embarking on a new chapter. Three passionate young men, Benoît, Théo, and Mika, have taken over this iconic seaside establishment, aiming to transform it into a contemporary brasserie where conviviality, gastronomy, and a Mediterranean spirit come together. Completely redesigned, the restaurant boasts a bright, 100-seat dining room with a chic and welcoming décor, and a 70-seat terrace overlooking Place Joseph Vidal and the vibrant neighborhood, yet surprisingly quiet. From family meals and dinners with friends to private events, the restaurant caters to all occasions. In the kitchen, Benoît brings his expertise to seafood dishes, particularly octopus prepared in a variety of ways. Théo, a creative pastry chef, crafts refined homemade desserts, while Mika oversees the service and a carefully curated wine list designed for subtle food and wine pairings. The result: a generous and modern seasonal menu, where tapas to share, homemade pizzas, bistro-style dishes, and sweet treats combine to create a gourmet experience with Mediterranean influences.
