To inaugurate his new series of collaborative dinners entitled “ Kin invites” , Hugues Mbenda invites Renaud Ramamourty to join him in the kitchen. And on paper, the pairing promises to be exciting: on one side, a cuisine steeped in French techniques, Provençal produce, and Congolese roots; on the other, a chef with experience in several prestigious Parisian restaurants, who also enjoys blending classic French gastronomy with his Indian heritage.
For one evening, Marseille, Kinshasa and Pondicherry They therefore find themselves on the plate in a unique five-course menu.
A first encounter that sets the tone for this new appointment Conceived by Hugues Mbenda and Mathilde Godart: to provoke cross-pollination of cuisines, backgrounds and identities rather than simply lining up signatures.
