In the evening, the boldness of chef Romain Serradimigni and his team at the gourmet restaurant L'Opale takes center stage. Creative menus, seasonal produce, and unexpected pairings reflect a generous and contemporary Provence. As the sun sets, head to L'Ambar Sunset Lounge to enjoy a cocktail by Maëva Serthelon overlooking the vines bathed in that much-loved golden light. In this intimate atmosphere, tapas and conviviality prolong the autumn evenings.
Beyond the gates of the estate, the late season reveals a peaceful Provence. Villages like Maussane, Mouriès or Fontvieille find their serenity far from the hustle and bustle of summer. Walks among the vineyards during the harvest are exceptional, and escapes to Les Baux-de-Provence and their Carrières de Lumières, or even the discovery of wine estates committed to organic and biodynamic farming are more than pleasant.
