The Cannes Film Festival transforms the city into the global epicenter of the 7th art from May 14 to 25. While official screenings remain reserved for accredited visitors, the Croisette offers the general public a multitude of experiences to experience the excitement of Cannes in a different way.
An essential new feature, the Air France beach adjoining the beach of the Martinez hotel stands out as the most exclusive spot of the moment. In a decor in the colors of its new La Première cabin, the company offers a gourmet restaurant (lunch menu from €95), an elegant bar and deckchairs (from €60) with direct access to the sea. The main attraction? The exhibition on the sand of a real La Première suite, accessible to restaurant guests, to discover this ultra-premium flying cocoon that is causing so much discussion.
For fans of electronic nights, The Little Beaches make their big comeback on May 23rd and 24th at C Beach. This prelude to the Plages Electroniques in August welcomes the Swiss phenomenon Mont Rouge and the Greek DJ Liva K, supported by the biggest names in international electro. The perfect opportunity to dance facing the sea in a festival atmosphere starting at €20 per evening.
Copal Beach, another institution on the Croisette, promises a refined seaside getaway just steps from the Palais des Festivals. Its panoramic terrace offers an ideal vantage point for observing the ballet of celebrities making headlines on the red carpet.
