Caffè Orso, a new Zen oasis

When the back-to-school season is buzzing and schedules are overflowing, Caffè Orso plays the opposite card. This little corner of Italy in Nice focuses on the art of letting go with an autumn program that cultivates the dolce vita, wellness version. Come discover Dolce Yoga by Emma, physiotherapist and yoga teacher, every Friday from 18:30 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. Only six places are available in this intimate cocoon where invigorating vinyasa, breathing, and relaxation follow one another to unwind before the weekend. At €15 per session, these appointments fill up quickly – registration is required for each class.
In terms of flavors, Laura Pacchioni's house is innovating with La Via del Tè Florentine teas, an institution since 1961, which it offers exclusively on the Côte d'Azur. Also new: Excelsior organic 100% Arabica coffee from Peru, Mexico, and Colombia, extracted with a Chemex for a meditative break with notes of chocolate, almond, and vanilla.
