Under the direction of the trio of chefs Rocco Seminara, Bilal Amrani and Manon Santini in the pastry department, the table perpetuates its culinary signature. A first service where the tasting is accompanied by a hushed atmosphere, then a natural rise in power towards a more festive experience, when the bottles of champagne are opened and the conversations become lively.
The Bagatelle experience unfolds across three distinct yet complementary spaces. The restaurant, the beating heart of the establishment; the beach where sun loungers welcome tanned bodies; and the pool, an open-air setting where time seems to stand still. Between artistic collaborations, spontaneous DJ sets, and unexpected parades, each day becomes unique, like a scene from a 1960s film where joie de vivre is combined with relaxed elegance.
