This Saturday November 15, 2025, Restaurant Les Oliviers of the hotel Île Rousse Thalazur Bandol*** promises an exceptional evening with a four-hands dinner bringing together two rising stars of French gastronomy: Martin Feragus et Jordan Yuste.

The first, a former notable candidate of Top chefThe chef celebrates the season and local produce with subtle and creative cuisine. The chef, also a former contestant on the show and awarded a Michelin star in 2023, boldly and modernly elevates seafood. Together, they have created a five-course "Passionately Mediterranean" culinary journey, where each dish pays homage to the bounty of the sea and the flavors of the South.
