To celebrate its 40th anniversary , Jas de la Rimade couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful setting than its sculpture garden. On July 26 , the Carcès art gallery welcomes Swiss double bassist Fabien Sevilla for an exceptional performance of Rites , his third solo project. Much more than a concert, this creation draws its inspiration from ancestral rituals and the natural elements – Earth, Air, Water, and Fire – to offer a sensory and contemplative experience. In the heart of this natural setting, the double bass engages in a dialogue with traditional percussion, gongs, bells, and Tibetan wood in a composition where music, spirituality, and landscape become one. A timeless interlude, reflecting this unique place which, for four decades, has fostered a dialogue between contemporary art and nature in Provence.
