The new hotspot. The latest star on Cannes’s nightlife scene shakes up the restaurant/club genre with its range of non-standard experiences! First there’s architect François Frossard’s decoration, artfully mixing baroque effects with contemporary lines. Then the menu: concocted by Laurent Beaumont, it reflects the trend for sharing plates, not exactly innovative but here done superbly, as in white-truffle ravioli, Black Angus mini-burgers, Tataki tuna bonbons en croûte…, all delicate and truly delicious. The bar focuses essentially on cocktails of the ”classics revisited with skill and imagination“ genre, just one example being the French Mule of Grey Goose vodka infused with ginger, lime juice, sugarcane juice and ginger beer – do try it! Lastly, the music explores all types and includes live performances (singers, tap dancers etc.). Definitely a new hotspot for epicurean night birds!
