Daniel Halifax opened his first new-generation fitness centre a year ago on Avenue Jean Medecin, and now his second in Nice’s harbour district. As opposed to the low-cost variety currently gaining favour in the fitness market, his high-end offering focuses on individually tailored sessions and cutting-edge hi-tech equipment as in the Milon Circle. After an assessment of your basic metabolism, your personal data is uploaded to the Circle’s eight machines, which automatically adapt to your needs and physical condition. This effective bespoke fitness session supervised by a coach takes only 35 minutes. If you want to add to that you can move on to the TeamWork: group classes (maximum 12 people) in yoga, Pilates, boxing and biking. Like the first centre, from September the Garibaldi club will have a -90° all-body cryotherapy chamber
