Musée Cocteau Menton
For a year the Séverin Wunderman Jean Cocteau museum has been looking at Cocteau's and Picasso's respective ceramic work. The project continues until 9 February with the "non-restrictive" oeuvre of Daphne Corregan, who draws her inspiration as much from age-old pottery traditions as from practices she has come across on her travels. The American-born artist who has lived in the south of France since 1971 takes particular care over the spatial relationships of her object-sculptures demonstrating impressive poetic and spiritual research.
